SOLD! We now have a sold sign on the place we’re buying. The Appraisal thing was finalized and we are in the waiting stages. We have requested to close on the 26th, and everyone think’s that’s doable, so we’re really excited! Now I have to line up all of the utilities, the moving stuff, and all that. We’ll use a few days to do some home improvement, and then have the big moving day be Auguest 10th. Anyone wanna help move?
