Inspector — CHECK!

The Inspector guy went through our new place today, we met him there, along with our realtors and got a ton of photos and a whole mess of measurements. Tonight I’ve been busy re-creating the floorplan with Visio. I put all the furniture in there, but I’m sure that’s not how it’s gonna stay. Monique fell asleep about two hours ago on the futon, so she hasn’t seen where I’ve put everything. Won’t she be surprised!
I’d love to post the photos, but since the seller is still living in the place, I feel kinda funny posting photos of her house. So I’ll wait on those for another few weeks. We’re supposed to hear next week about her new place, so maybe then we’ll have a better idea when the big move-in date is. We’re thinking early August.
