As the Escrow Flies…

So we’ve got signatures now! Woohoo! Escrow will either start tomorrow or Tuesday. The maximum length our Escrow can last is 60 day, but it may last as little as 30. We’re thinking it’ll land somewhere in between. But at the very latest, we’ll be moving in to our new place in mid-August!

We still have a large part of the process to go, like inspections, and appraisals, but some of the hard part is done. We’re pre-qualified for the loan, and we’ve got an approved offer on a place we really like.
