Almost Home Owners

Friday was a crazy day. In the morning I had to go out and get signed up with a new company (AAA) for auto insurance because Allstate screwed me up big time (so I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them anytime soon). Then around noon Monique and I made an offer on a Townhouse in Orange. Later on in the afternoon her parents came to visit as planned for the weekend. A little while later we got a call back from our realtor telling us that our offer was accepted, at least in principal. We don’t actually have signatures yet, but those are supposed to be done tomorrow (Sunday). I’ll update more on the house later (a lot more, I’m sure, since I’ve been waiting for home ownership for a long time!)
