Realty Check

Today Monique and I are going to visit a realtor for the first time. We talked with a financial guy and figured out a ballpark figure of what we can afford, and now we’re gonna go see what that number might get us in the form of a house. It’s pretty exciting, but at the same time, I’m not sure that what we can afford will get us what we want. Boy, I know that tune. Wish us luck!

    Good luck! If the realtor at any time in the meeting says “BOO-YA!” you know you’ve got a good one.
