We’ve Crossed Over

Have you ever been in a Taxi in Paris? Holy Crap! We got cut off at least 4 times, cut someone else off a bunch, stopped so the cab drive could yell at someone who he felt didn’t have the right of way, and sped through town to our little hotel (view from our itty bitty balcony is above) I’ve seen all of those maneuvers in LA before, but not all in one trip!
We’re in our hotel and it’s lightly raining. It was nice when we got here, but we are lazily getting going. The plan was a river cruise tonight, we’ll see if we make it over there. There’s dinner in the works somewhere cuz I’m hungry and I’ve heard a lot about this French food, so bring it on. Monique’s sleeping right now and I’ll let her nap a bit before we head out.
I’m still uploading London photos, uploading Saturday’s photos now, and will upload Sunday’s photos (our bus tour to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge - complete with crazy streaker girl) later.
We read through some of the comments on the photos on flickr today and laughed out loud. Thanks for those!
