The Cats Are Back

Welp, the cats are back home with us tonight. After spending 15 days at my mom’s place as we put our house up for sale and found a buyer we brought them home tonight. Owen was his usual scaredy-cat self throughout the car ride, moaning and crying all the way. But when we finally got here and he ran around and made sure the coast was clear, headed straight to the bedroom and hud under the bed. That didn’t last long though as he came out a few minutes later.
As you can see by this photo, he’s fine now, and of course Dusty was never phased by any of this moving around.
They’ve got one more road trip ahead of them when we move over to our new home on March 25th. At least that’s the planned date, we’ve still got a lot of escrow time to go and objects may shift during flight.

February 16th, 2006 at 9:07 pmDo try to move in on March 25th. That’s the Feast of the Annunciation, and was considered New Year’s Day in England (under the Julian calendar) until 1752. So it would be a good day to move in. Also, one day before ma birfday!
