Inspection-palooza

Today we had 3 of the 4 inspections we need to have done in order for our buy/sale to go through. The other was done on Tuesday. I think they went pretty well. We got to spend some more time with the people buying our house. They are a young couple with a 4-year old son who are moving from Riverside to cut down on their commute to work and to be closer to family. They’re still very excited about our place and visited a bit while the general home inspection was going on from 3-6 today. Over at my mom’s place we also had the general home inspection today and we were made aware of a few things that we want to fix shortly after we move in. Nothing too drastic, which was good news!
That reminds me, if you need a home inspection done, call up Dan and Brian at Trinity Home Inspection Service, they are a small company who have been doing this for 16 years and they’re really nice, honest guys. (949-858-6875)
