The Holiday Trip…

So here we are near the end of the first leg of our Holiday trip. Staying in California this year, we’re up in San Jose where we’re staying with Monique’s sister and her family. Multiple family get-togethers with her clan and a Sharks game slipped in there for good measure (they lost… ugh!) has made it a fun trip so far.
Tonight we’re meeting a bunch of Monique’s old friends for dinner somewhere, and tomorrow morning we leave for Bass Lake where we’ll meet up with my sister, her family, and my mom. It’s about a 4 hour drive to get there from San Jose and the weather doesn’t look great. Not cold enough for snow, but probably some pretty heavy rain. We’re hoping that clears up on Saturday so we can go see some of the sites in Yosemite and take some photos.
