Taking a page out of flickr’s book as far as friendly interface goes, Backpackit.com is a blooming collaboration tool for the list maker. If you’re planning a trip (probably the most common use for it) with multiple people, and you have a ton of things to get done before that trip gets here, you can build a page on backpackit that let’s everyone control the to-do list, post notes, photos, files, etc. It’s actually pretty handy, even now when it’s just starting out. There are a ton of new features to add, and that’s where it’ll be interesting to see how they balance the ease of use with the complexity of advanced features (i.e., confusing stuff).
