A friend at work just bought a house out in the Lake Elsinore area. She’s starting to monitor the traffic patterns and found this. YIKES!

June 24th, 2005 at 9:55 amTaking the 91 to the 15 South on a commute home is the worst of the worst. For me, I would go the 15 North or dodge up the 71 North and come home the back way. Actually, when I do need to go out to Orange or LA County, I usually take Carbon Canyon Rd from Brea, come out on the other side of the hills in Chino and then cruise home on surface roads that have 55MPH speed limits. Another option is to take the 60 out to the 15.
The people that live south of the 91 don’t have these kinds of options so the interchange from 91E to 15S is miserable.
