IE problem!

You know, when it comes to browsers, I don’t have a lot of gripes about IE. I really don’t mind how it integrates into the OS, and the speed of it is fine, I usually save all my griping for Netscape 4.x. They should have stuck with the throbbing N in previous versions, because 4.x is the worse thing ever.

But that’s not what I’m talking about here. The main problem I have with IE (pick a version, any version) lies within the Links toolbar. This toolbar is a handy way to have the most frequently used Favorites right close by for easy clickin. Sounds all good, but no… If you have more than one IE window open (who doesn’t?) and you click on a favorite that is within a folder on your Links toolbar, it’ll most likely open in another IE window, rather than the one you clicked on the Favorite in. Is that screwy or what? I mean, it’s like a penalty for being organized!

Why am I bringing this up now, after I’ve had this problem forever? Well, I found some people that were talking about it, and even though I didn’t find a solution, (as Microsoft hasn’t fixed this thing yet) I did find solace in knowing that others experience the same bug. Read their misery here.
