One Christmas down, 3 or 4 to go!

Insert Plasma HereSunday my mom came over and we had a little christmas party. Just her Monique and me. Monique made Chicken Stew, a family tradition and we opened some presents that we didn’t want to haul up to Vancouver when we visit my sis next week. (I can’t believe it’s next week already!)

Saturday Monique and I cleaned house all day and set up for Christmas. The place looks pretty christmassy, even without a tree! Okay, we kinda cheated, we got a little 2 1/2 foot tree from Trader Joe’s, so that may count for a tree. Then on Sunday before we had our grub, my mom and I went TV shopping for her. She ended up with a nice Toshiba 32″ that I think will be a great fit for her. I’m also borrowing it for the Halo party I’m throwing Saturday night. ;-) Thanks Mom!

    What a pretty picture. The dishes are very nice. I’m sure you picked them out and set them up (just teasing)!

    I think I might need to be stationed on a 52″ or 42″ TV, since my eyesight will be a little bleary from 21 hours of driving . . . yes, ALONE on one of those big TVs!

    This is actually a shot of where the 42″ plasma TV will be on Saturday night. I have 3 Xboxes in the house right now, all networked together (2 wirelessly, one wired). 3 days and counting!
