The train ride from hell!

By now a bunch of you have heard about the tragedy that happened yesterday on the Metro-Link commuter trains. If not, here’s the story. This also happened to be the day that I first tried to take the train to our North Hollywood office to avoid the dreaded LA traffic.
Outside of the unfortunate accident, it wasn’t a bad experience for me and I think I’ll use the trains more in the coming weeks. The thrill of having that lost feeling and trying to find my way around the stations to make sure I’m on the right train and transferring to the subway was exhilarating. It was kinda fun. The delays from the tracks and switches being closed because of the accident was not fun. It took WAY longer than it normally would have (so I overheard). So to sum it up, I’d do it again, but it’d be a lot more painful without my laptop.
