Ridiculous offer

Okay, so I’m in Circuit City trying to score some cheapo games (they had a bunch of games marked down this weekend for $4.99 each for some kinda inventory clearance sale) and I see the lamest giveaway for a credit card offer ever. They had a deal going where if you sign up for a Circuit City credit card, you got a FREE SIX PACK OF COKE! What the? Is that like a $3 value?
So I signed up for one.
That said, Circuit City has become my new favorite electronics store. Say what you want about DIVX and that flea market feel you used to get when you went into a CC store, but that’s all changed. I’m as surprised as you are/will be. The people are nice there, they have good prices, and the kicker is that their return policy isn’t wicked lame. They actually take stuff back and give you cash if you don’t have the receipt! Amazing!
No, I didn’t really sign up for a CC credit card. I did score a great deal on a new Onkyo receiver though! Open box, baby!
