Moms are cool

Had a good Mother’s Day yesterday, and I’m not even a Mom (that I know of). We took a bunch of fixins over to my Mom’s yesterday and Monique made lunch for us all while I replaced the toilet in the Master Bathroom. The toilet replace job was pretty simple, and it wasn’t leaking when I left, so I guess I’ll mark that down on my list of things I can do.
Fixing stuff or installing stuff on Mother’s day seems to be a trend. Last year I installed a ceiling fan over there, and the year before that I built her a PC. I think next year we’ll get her going on a mac! hehe.
