WHEW!!!

There was a weight lifted off of the San Jose Sharks’ collective back a few minutes ago when they eliminated the Colorado Avalanche in Game 6 of their best of 7 series! Man, they played a great game! I’m beat. Watching playoff hockey physically wears me out!

    Man, I’m torn. On one hand, it’d be cool to see your Sharks get to the Finals. However, it’s hard for me not to hold to tradition and root for the Great White North hope (seeing as how my favorite teams didn’t make the playoffs). So, for me, it’s go Flames, but reluctantly, especially since I’ll root for the Sharks if they go to the Finals anyway.

    Well, SJ (and Philly) pulled me out of a dismal last place and into a competitive position in my playoff pool. Now, who do I pick in round 3? :-)
