The Vines vs. Redd Kross

So I’m listening to the radio (FM variety) the other day and a song comes on… really familiar sound. I SWEAR I know the band… just gotta think. So I think and think and the song ends and it’s 103.1 so you know they’re not going to say who it is. It finally hits me who it is. Redd Kross! Redd Kross on the radio? TOO COOL!

Turns out it’s not them. It’s The Vines. Another cool band, but man, their song “Ride” sounds like it could have come off of RK’s album “Show World.”

    Got the first album, since reviews indicated it’s better than the brand new one, so I thought I’d start there. Wow! Hey, how about the bonus track killer cover of “I’m Only Sleeping” (The Beatles)? That is suh-wheat!
