Wow, quite a fun Holiday season this year. We had the chance to see practically our whole family!
We are late with our Christmas CD this year, as it’s still in the making. We’ve got to think of another idea for the cover since the one we were going with was actually done by the real manufacturer. — For those not in the know, every year Monique and I create a CD of Holiday tunes to give to friends and family, it’s kind of like our Christmas card. For the cover, I design a mocked up version of a well known brand (usually it’s got something to do with cleaning products for some reason) that has a yule tide flavor to it (that’s where Photoshop comes in). This year we were going to do Hostesss “HoHoHos” (originally HoHos) but Hostess beat us to it. We saw them at the store already done up that way! So back to the darwing board we go. The CD itself is arranged, so it’s just the cover design and the printing that’s left to do.
I’m looking forward to a great 2004! We have a lot planned for the year and it should be a good one. There will be some changes to this site as well so stay tuned!
