Walking with a Panther

Panthers all out and stuffPanther, Mac’s OS 10.3 is out, and I got my mitts on it. I haven’t had time to do much else but install it. That itself wasn’t too big a deal. It seems to boot faster and run through my startup items a heck of a lot faster. It’s got some cool new gizmos in it though that I’m anxious to try out. In a few days I might have more to say.

    I tried to go buy it Friday night at 8, but the campus computer store had closed at 6 . . . and they’re not open on the weekend. So I’ll pick it up today for 20 bones–IF they have it.

    Okay , I feel a little better about paying a little more for it now. Not that I paid full price or anything… ;-)
