Canon G3 Digicam

We got a new camera. The old one hasn’t been acting right since it accidentally got some paint on it from all of the home improvement we did when we moved in. The focus isn’t as crisp as it should be.
The new one is a Canon G3 (pictured). I opted to go for a bigger “pro-sumer” model rather than a pocket-sized camera for a few reasons: I like manual controls on my cameras, and plenty of expandability options (lenses, filters, flashes, etc.) and while some smaller cameras have some of these options, they don’t usually lend themselves to all three like this one does. Another reason is that a slightly bigger camera feels better in your hands. And it seems that each time I go to an online photo gallery online that I really enjoy, it always seems to turn out that they use one of the Canon G series cameras. I’ve heard and read nothing but great things about them and I’m anxious to get some mileage on this baby.
By the way, I bought from buydig.com. I’ve done quite a bit of shopping there and would recommend them to anyone.
