Us Angel fans have gotten used to this late inning heroics bit. It seems that the Angels got word that they were a little, how can I say this gently, boring? Well no more! Enter this kind gent who, with the crowd behind him, can spark a miraculous comeback just by wearing an eensy weensy Angels uniform and jumping around on home plate.
He worked his magic again tonight as the Angels came back from a 5 run deficit! My favorite part of the game is when “Barry the Great” muffed the ball trying to field it, then tried to pick it up and couldn’t, then he slipped and almost fell… in the meantime two Angels scored. Good stuff!
I’ll be glued to my TV tomorrow, and you should be too. My Chargers aren’t playing so I guess this will do for entertainment… hehe
