Today on the way home from the optometrist Monique and I got in a little car accident. We’re both fine and so were the other people. Our Acura just has a little paint scrapes, no real damage. We went ahead and filed a claim anyway. I’m not sure how the whole accident procedure works, but I guess I’ll find out.
We were on the 22 freeway in the fast lane and traffic stopped suddenly, as it does a lot there, and the car behind us didn’t stop in time. They bumped us and that was that.
This is, of course, the last thing we need right now, but at least it was minor and there was not much damage and no injuries.
